Instructions

All supporting documents are to be certified (where applicable) and uploaded to expedite the application process

  1. Documents to be certified by a Justice of the Peace (JP).
    • Academic Achievements - Degrees, Diploma, CSEC/CXC, GCE, SSC, certificates
    • Birth Certificate 
    • Marriage Certificate (where applicable) 
    • One passport size photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
  2. The VTDI's Referees Report to completed by one of the following
    • A Minister of religion
    • Justice of the Peace
    • The Principal of the last school attended
    • Your current or former employer 
  3. For the Post Graduate Diploma applicants, transcript must be forwarded to the Institutions from the institution/s previously attended in order for the application process to be completed.
  4. Complete the form, upload documents and click submit
